The WACBE newsletter is published biannually by the World Association for Chinese Biomedical Engineers. The WACBE Newsletter welcomes letters to the Editor. All material submitted for consideration is subject to editing and condensation. Deadlines for receipt of material are: October 31 and April 30. All copy is subject to the editorial policy of the Newsletter.
